Pharmasite Research offers phase II, III and IV clinical trials evaluating treatments for disorders affecting children, adults and seniors. Treatment-resistant depression is generally defined as the continuation of depression symptoms despite treatment with at least one medication. This study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication or placebo added to an antidepressant.
